Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Kids' Strength & Agility Coach to inspire young athletes and help them develop essential physical skills through engaging, age-appropriate training programs. In this role, you will design and lead fun, safe, and effective strength and agility routines tailored specifically for children. Your enthusiasm and expertise will motivate kids to build confidence, improve coordination, and foster a lifelong love of fitness. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives while honing your coaching skills in a vibrant environment. Possibilities exist for junior high/high school conditioning classes as well. Duties Develop innovative strength, agility, and coordination programs suitable for children of various age groups Lead classes focused on physical development, incorporating activities such as body mechanics, biomechanics, and movement demonstration Emphasize safety and fun in our well-equipped tumbling room to maximize engagement and results Provide motivational coaching to encourage participation, build confidence, and promote healthy habits among students Make getting stronger fun through challenging activities and games! Qualifications Strong background education, athletics, fitness, sports, and/or tumbling High energy and effective communication with the ability to educate and inspire students. Knowledge of childhood development principles to effectively teach various age groups is preferred. Familiarity with special education practices is beneficial for inclusive teaching approaches.
