Tumbling Team Coach (Athlete Development)

About This Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced coach to work with our tumbling team athletes. This position focuses on skill progression, routine development, and helping athletes perform at their highest level in both practice and competition.

What You'll Do:

Coach team athletes on technique, strength, and consistency Break down higher-level skills and progressions Assist with routine construction and execution Provide detailed corrections and performance feedback Help prepare athletes for competitions and events Support a culture of accountability, confidence, and growth

What We're Looking For:

Strong tumbling, cheer, or gymnastics background Experience coaching higher-level athletes preferred Ability to spot advanced skills safely Strong leadership and communication skills Someone who takes pride in athlete progress and results

Schedule:

Evening practices Occasional weekends for events or competitions
