To Be Determined Job Description This position is open until filled. Responsible for assisting the Head/8th Grade Middle School Football Coach in organizing and carrying out the football program at Hesston Middle School. This role includes, but is not limited to, the following functions:
  • Conducting practices
  • Teaching and reinforcing fundamental skills and rules of the game
  • Promoting fair play and proper sportsmanship
  • Taking care of sports equipment
  • Motivating and mentoring athletes
  • Resolving team issues
  • Cooperating with school teachers and administrators
  • Communicating with families Responsible to Activities Director Salary based on qualified experience; assigned from supplemental salary schedule
