To Be Determined Job Description This position is open until filled. Responsible for organizing and carrying out the co-ed soccer program for Hesston Middle School. This role includes, but is not limited to, the following functions:
  • Conducting practices
  • Teaching and reinforcing fundamental skills and rules of the game, as governed by KSHSAA
  • Promoting fair play and proper sportsmanship
  • Completing administrative duties
  • Scheduling transportation
  • Taking care of sports equipment
  • Planning coaching sessions
  • Motivating and mentoring athletes
  • Resolving team issues
  • Cooperating with school teachers and administrators
  • Communicating with families Responsible to Activities Director Salary based on qualified experience; assigned from supplemental salary schedule Start Date in August 2026
