Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the overall development, administration, and success of the men's and women's track and cross country programs, focusing on recruiting, training, and retaining student-athletes while ensuring compliance with institutional, conference (KJCCC) and NJCAA rules. This 10 month position balances competitive, academic, and administrative duties, including budget management and fundraising.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree preferred. Participation and/or coaching experience at the collegiate level preferred. Valid driver's license required. Employment is subject to successful completion of a background check.

Iola, Kansas Campus SALARY:
Salary commensurate with education and experience.
