Job Description

Ottawa High School is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and dedicated Head Softball Coach for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will lead our high school softball program, fostering a positive, competitive, and supportive environment focused on athletic excellence, teamwork, and student-athlete development.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute daily practices and game strategies. Emphasize fundamental skills, sportsmanship, academic accountability, and character development.. Communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, school administrators, and community members. Per the Negotiated Agreement, pay will be 14% of base (Column 1, Step 1).
