Immediately Job Description This position is for head boys basketball coach at Pittsburg High School. The duties include, but are not limited to:

Administer all facets of an interscholastic boys basketball program.
Oversee and mentor assistant coaches.
Assist AD with creation of a competitive schedule each season.
Recruit, train, retain student-athletes for the boys basketball program.
Monitor academics and attendance on a regular basis.
Create and maintain adequate and up to date inventory list of equipment and gear and turn into AD at beginning and end of each season.
Attend and supervise athletes and coaches at all practices, team events, and competitions.
Adhere to all

League, KSHSAA, and NFHS policies and rules.
