West Franklin High School, West Franklin U.S.D. #287, Kansas West Franklin High School is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our coaching staff as an Assistant Football Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. Located just a short drive from Kansas City, Lawrence, and Topeka, our district is committed to providing a strong athletic program, and we are looking for a coach who can help continue the growth and success of our football team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in coaching and mentoring student-athletes in the sport of football. Help develop and implement practice plans, game strategies, and team goals. Foster a positive, disciplined, and supportive environment for student-athletes. Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development both on and off the field. Assist in organizing and managing team events, practices, and games. Engage with the school community and support extracurricular activities.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary in accordance with the negotiated agreement supplemental salary schedule. Applications are encouraged and the position will remain open until filled.
