Promote the physical, emotional, and spiritual health and safety of all student-athletes by creating a consistently safe and supportive environment. 2. Coach in alignment with the school's mission: to bring glory to God by providing children with an excellent Christ-centered education rooted in the Word of God, using athletics as a platform for discipleship and growth. 3. Model Christ-centered leadership through exemplary sportsmanship, integrity, and conduct on and off the court. 4. Respect, value, and dignify each student-athlete as an individual created in God's image. 5. Provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of the volleyball program 6. Collaborate with other middle school volleyball coaches to ensure unity in philosophy, expectations, and discipleship across the basketball program. 7. Establish and communicate time commitments that honor the primary importance of each student-athlete's academic, family, and faith responsibilities. 8. Foster a culture of belonging, accountability, and mutual support among athletes and coaches. 9. Maintain awareness of current basketball strategies, skill development, and coaching best practices. 10. Be available to parents at mutually convenient times and in accordance with athletic department communication guidelines. 11. Work collaboratively with school personnel to advocate for the holistic well-being of student-athletes. 12. Oversee the inventory, care, and maintenance of all basketball equipment. 13. Encourage and support multi-sport participation among student-athletes.
