What We Offer High Earning Potential:

Starting pay begins at $39 per hour and increases with the number of lessons you teach each week, reaching up to $65 per hour. The more lessons you provide, the more you earn!

What We're Looking For Swimming Expertise:

8+ years of experience in the sport. Experience with

Children:

A must for creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

Adaptable and Motivated:

Willingness to learn new teaching methodologies and terminology.

Strong Communicator:

Excellent communication skills to connect with students and parents. Responsibilities Develop and implement personalized swim lesson plans tailored to each child's skill level and learning pace. Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a vigilant watch during lessons. Foster a positive and encouraging environment to enhance children's confidence and enjoyment in swimming. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and any areas for improvement. Submit swimmer reports at the end of each teaching session.
