Posting June 2026 Start Date ASAP Division Athletics Department Union Affiliation N/A Position Number FY26/03 Supervision Received Director of Athletics General Responsibilities This is a part-time, non-benefited position. As a women's athletic recruiter, you will act as the Academy's link between our undergraduate admission process and female athletic programs. As the Head Women's Soccer Coach, you should possess the ability to effectively communicate and motivate student-athletes, as well as manage team dynamics. This position requires long hours, evenings and weekends. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage the women's soccer program and complete related administrative duties. Develop and execute a recruiting strategy aligned with Academy goals Work cohesively with Academy support departments. Recruit and retain academically and athletically qualified student-athletes. Coordinate impactful campus visits with potential student athletes Organize and conduct fundraising, team building and community outreach events. Demonstrate and teach soccer-related skills and effectively communicate strategies during practices and competitions. Develop prospect clinics, skills camps and ID events to enhance recruiting Be knowledgeable of, and abide by, all Academy policies, NCAA Division III policies, and conference (MASCAC) requirements. Perform additional duties as directed by the Director of Athletics Act as a Clery Campus Security Authority Qualifications and Requirements Previous coaching experience Valid driver's license Ability to work nights & weekends, as needed CPR and first aid certified Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Head coaching experience at the collegiate level Knowledge of the Mass Maritime admissions process Experience with program fundraising Salary $23,000 annually How to Apply Please submit the following documents: Resume and three (3) professional references.
