Swim Coach - Beede Swim and Fitness Center Join The Town of Concord's team of talented aquatics professionals as a part-time coach for our USA Swim Team, the Otters. Be a part of bring up the next generation of competitive swimmers and continue to develop your skills as a coach and professional at the Beede Center. We are dedicated to instilling the fundamentals of swimming, and developing swimmers to the highest competitive level, empowering them to achieve their personal goals. Through a foundation of integrity, respect, and passion, we strive to inspire a lifelong love for sport and instill values that transcend the pool, shaping confident well-rounded individuals who contribute positively to their communities. As a Swim Coach your role will involve assisting our Head Coach with running practices Monday-Friday 5:30PM-7:30PM and work with them to make sure all swimmers are supported equally, and attending weekend swim meets as needed.

Pay range:

$18.00 - $26.00/hour; starting pay based on qualifications. This is an hourly, part-time position, consisting of up to 19 hours per week. This position is filled on an as-needed basis and hiring is rolling. If you don't hear back after applying, it's likely we're currently at capacity. Appointment of the final candidate will be contingent upon the results of pre-placement conditions including a Background Records Check and Fingerprinting.
