Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Tennis Camp coaches to coach at our overnight summer Tennis Camp in Easton, MA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire young athletes, foster skill development, and create a positive, engaging camp environment. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for tennis coaching, strong leadership abilities, and experience working with students in educational or athletic settings.
CAMP IS HELD JULY 26, 2026
- July 30, 2026 Duties Help plan, organize, and execute all tennis camp activities, including drills, games, and instructional sessions Help develop age-appropriate training curricula that promote skill improvement, teamwork, and sportsmanship Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times and respond effectively to any emergencies or incidents Foster a positive camp culture that encourages participation, respect, and personal growth among campers Perform any other additional administrative duties assigned by the camp Director and Admin when necessary Skills Proven experience in coaching or playing at a competitive level Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams of coaches and campers Excellent organizational skills to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously Experience working with students or youth in educational or athletic environments Knowledge of safety standards and emergency response procedures in a camp setting Ability to adapt instruction to various age groups and skill levels This paid position offers an inspiring environment where you can make a meaningful impact on young athletes' lives while honing your leadership skills.
