Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for development and formation of the program in grades 9-12.Develop season, weekly and daily practice schedules and assist coaches in doing the same.

Recommend assistant coaches to the athletic director.

Meet regularly with staff and captains.

Distribute and collect equipment, post and preseason as well as during the season on a daily basis.

Evaluate Assistant & sub-varsity coaches.

Be available during the year to lend assistance in guidance and counseling to his/her squad members for scholastic achievement, college entrance and discipline, if necessary.

Work hand-in-hand with the athletic director and trainer to assist them with any athlete issues.

Work with the community and the development of youth programs.

Submit budget requests/needs for next season.

Collect user fees in a timely and professional manner.
