Immediately Job Description Silver Lake Regional Middle School is in search of an assistant coach to help with the training and management of the middle school cross-country program.
Qualifications:
Experience coaching cross country; experience working with middle school students Previous middle school coaching experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
Teach the skills and strategies of cross-country to student-athletes in grade 7-8. Be a role-model and teacher of cross-country, including; practice, game day coaching, conditioning of athletes, supervision of athletes, maintenance of practice facility and equipment. Determine awards for students and provide the athletic department with a list of team needs. Communicate regularly with families as needed. The stipend for this role is $1,030.
