Immediately Job Description Minuteman High School is seeking a Soccer Head Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. The coach will be responsible for leading student-athletes in practices, competitions, and related activities while promoting teamwork, school pride, motivation, and skill development.
Major Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Soccer plays and techniques. Coordinate the team's practice schedule and attend all practices and games. Prepare the team for games and function as a liaison with other coaches. Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting team spirit and unity. Mentor and motivate athletes, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them achieve their goals. Work with school administration to ensure compliance with all necessary requirements and regulations, including safety and liability issues. Communicate with parents and coordinate team events and fundraising activities.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Soccer player or coach. Strong knowledge of Soccer techniques and plays. Excellent communication and people skills. Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their goals. Organizational and management skills, including the ability to schedule and plan practices and events. Familiarity with safety guidelines and regulations for Soccer activities. Dedication to promoting a positive team spirit and inclusive environment for all team members.
Additional Requirements:
This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public, walking around the school, standing for periods, occasionally lifting and carrying items, reading documents, using a computer, listening and speaking, using office equipment, maintaining energy throughout the day, and handling stress effectively.
Terms of Employment:
Stipend Position.
Effective Dates of Employment:
This is a stipend position for the 2026-2027 school year. The person who fills this position will be the contact for any relevant and important information prior to the start of the school year.

Athletic Director.
Compensation:
The total annual stipend for this position is $6,984
