Job Description

Lexington Christian Academy is accepting applications for Intramural Volleyball Coach for the Fall 2026 season. LCA seeks enthusiastic, responsible coaches with a desire to teach athletic, leadership, and team skills to students within the context of the LCA mission. In addition to submission of application and resume, a complete application will include a cover letter .
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Volleyball specific instruction and guidance to student-athletes Conduct practices in-season Develop program strategy and cohesion techniques Develop and implement in-game instructions Coordinate and facilitate strength and conditioning Work directly with the Athletic Director to: Determine schedule Align program values and culture with that of LCA Serve as a mentor athletically and spiritually to LCA student-athletes Help facilitate and manage games Adhere to all sports medicine guidelines and EAPs Communicate all safety and security concerns
QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated passion for LCA's Christ-centered mission High integrity and serves as a positive role model Enjoys working with young people Collaborative team player who works effectively across faculty, administration, and families
SCHEDULE
This is a seasonal position at approximately 14 hours per week.
