Skills Coach

Part time Skills Coach for disabled young adult. The Skills Coach provides support; including facilitation of online curriculum, assistive technology, augmentative communication, sensory motor activities, ADL's, recreational experiences, and help with therapies (PT, OT, Speech, Music, adaptive fitness training). Classroom space and therapy room with exercise and sensory equipment. The Skills Coach follows existing programs with support from a program manager and therapist. All levels of experience will be considered, and training provided. A desire to make a difference and work with someone who has unique challenges. The ability to connect, have fun, and a good rapport is important. The hours are flexible and can be scheduled around other commitments like school or another job. This is a rewarding position in a positive, friendly environment. Working with an individual with a great work ethic and commitment to improving skills.
