SUMMARY:

The Watertown Public Schools seeks an outstanding head coach to coach the soccer team for the 2025-2026 school year. WPS is dedicated to excellence, equity, and community. Be a part of creating a bright future for WPS students.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning all areas of the boys' soccer team. Leading and assisting their coaching staff in coordinating efforts under one program goal and ensuring compliance with rules at all levels. Analyze game strategy. Implementation of skill development. Coverage on bus trips. Video analysis of games. Statistical analysis of games. Attending all league meetings and local, district, and state meetings when necessary. Reaching out to local Youth Groups to promote their respective sports in town. Planning award ceremonies and individual award winners

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

CPR Certified. NFHS concussion course

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
