The Assistant Coach helps develop student-athletes through instruction, mentorship, and supervision while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, academic success, and personal growth. The Assistant Coach is expected to contribute positively to the culture of the athletic program and uphold all school, league, and state athletic regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in planning and conducting daily practices and training sessions.
  • Teach and reinforce volleyball fundamentals, skills, strategies, and game concepts. Provide individual and group instruction to support player development.
  • Assist with game preparation, scouting, and implementation of team strategies.
  • Help evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback.
Season Starts August 24, 2026 and Ends Oct/Nov 2026
