Job Description

Winter Coaching Position for the 2026-2027 academic year: Mount Greylock Regional School is seeking qualified and enthusiastic candidates for a Winter Coaching Position for the upcoming athletic season (2026-2027 academic year). We are looking for individuals who are committed to fostering the development of student-athletes both on and off the field.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Planning and conducting effective and engaging practices
  • Developing contest strategies and teaching relevant sport-specific skills
  • Monitoring and supporting the academic and athletic progress of student-athletes
  • Ensuring compliance with all MIAA and MGRS policies and procedures
Compensation:

All MGRS coaches receive a stipend in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement between the Mount Greylock Regional School Committee and the Mount Greylock Educators Association. Stipend amounts are commensurate with coaching experience and range from $4,144 to $5,919.
