Compensation:
18-24$ an Hour (Based on Coaching Courses completed)

Any coaching course an applicant would like to complete in the future. We as a club will pay 50% of the cost of any USSF or USC coaching courses.

Fellsway Wanderers FC is a locally owned holistic "player first" youth soccer club with locations in the Metro North (Lexington/Arlington/Winchester/Medford) and North Shore (Manchester/Beverly) areas of Massachusetts. Founded in 2020, Fellsway Wanderers aims to instill passion for the game of soccer while maximizing the potential of all of our players. Thru the game of soccer, we hope to provide our players with the tools needed to be successful in whatever they choose to pursue both on and off the field. We are a development focused club who puts a large emphasis on the "whole player". Through our club philosophy, style and provided curriculum, we are providing a soccer experience that detours from the run of the mill, large conglomerate club and we are looking for like minded coaches to join our growing team! What We are
Looking For:
Hires would need some knowledge, and passion for the game of soccer. Previous playing and coaching experience is strongly preferred but not required. Candidates would be required to hold a minimum of one in person grassroots coaching license or register for a course on completion of hiring. We are looking for a U10 Girls coach that is self-sufficient, willing to learn and adapt. Flexibility will be an essential quality for hires to have as we train in several different locations within the Metro North (Medford/Winchester). This job would require attending 2-3 weeknight practices (6-7:30PM) as well as Sunday games with the team.
Responsibilities:
1. Creating a practice plan for the group based on the provided theme or area of improvement needed. Then set up and execute that plan to the benefit of your team. 2. Help set up equipment before sessions and breakdown after sessions 3. Compose Match Day Preview messages, communicate with team regularly via email
Requirments:
1. Reliable transportation to and from Winchester 2. Availability weekday evenings for training and Sundays for matches 3. A willingness to educate and teach the beautiful game to the next generation
