Aug 1, 2026 Job Description Job description: We are seeking a JV Varsity Boys Soccer Coach to lead our High School Program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching, sports education, and working with student-athletes. This role involves developing players' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive sporting environment. Previous experience in sports coaching is highly valued. Responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct soccer practices and training sessions tailored to various skill levels
  • Teach fundamental soccer techniques, rules, and strategies to players
  • Foster a supportive and motivating environment to enhance player development
  • Monitor player behavior and implement effective behavior management strategies
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities
  • Organize and oversee game day activities, including team warm-ups and game strategies
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create an engaging program
  • Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive attitude among participants Requirements
  • Prior experience in sports coaching
  • Knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and safety standards
  • Experience working with children or students in a sports or educational setting
  • Skills in behavior management to maintain discipline during practices and games
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with student-athletes and coaches
  • Ability to motivate young athletes and foster a positive team environment
  • CPR Certification is desirable This is a stipend position.
