Soccer Coach (Part-Time) YMCA Of Central Massachusetts - 3.9 Worcester, MA Job Details Part-time $15 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Employee assistance program Qualifications CPR Certification Customer communication First Aid Certification Working with students Experience working with elementary school students Working with youth AED Certification Full Job Description The Soccer Coach will be responsible in planning class structures for 7-8-week programs based in soccer skill development for kids ages 5-12. Each class is based on skill level, and the goal of the coach is to train each participant to grow and progress through our higher-level classes. The coach will work with the Youth Development and Sports Programming Director to assure that all needs are being met and that all classes and activities are meeting the needs of the participants. This position is responsible for preparing and leading students through a youth sports curriculum, while building team relationships, fostering confidence, and guiding appropriate behavior in a safe environment. This position requires the ability to be innovative, adaptable, adventurous and creative.
