Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Gymnastics Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for instructing and inspiring students of all ages and skill levels, from preschool beginners to advanced recreational gymnasts. This role involves leading a variety of programs including birthday parties, Parents' Night Out events, open gym sessions, preschool classes, and recreational classes. The Gymnastics Coach will foster a safe, positive environment that encourages skill development, confidence, and enjoyment of the sport. Responsibilities Lead and supervise gymnastics classes for different age groups and skill levels, ensuring proper technique and safety protocols are followed. Plan and execute engaging lesson plans tailored to beginner through advanced students. Organize and oversee special events such as birthday parties, Parents' Night Out, and open gym sessions to provide memorable experiences for participants. Provide individualized coaching and feedback to help students improve their skills and build confidence. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety guidelines and equipment standards at all times. Communicate effectively with parents, students, and team members regarding progress, schedules, and program updates. Assist in setting up equipment and maintaining cleanliness of the gym area. Promote a positive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth. Skills Prior experience in coaching gymnastics or a related sport is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and instruct diverse age groups. Ability to create fun, engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles. Knowledge of safety procedures related to gymnastics training and equipment use. Friendly, patient, and energetic personality with a passion for working with children and youth. $23.91 - $35.00 per hour
