Extra Duty Salary Schedule:
Category 6, Step 1: $2,625
JOB GOAL:
To instruct athletes in the fundamental skills and strategies of football. Build positive relationships with student/athletes to promote character development, discipline, and skills and confidence with the sport of football.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Has a thorough knowledge of all the athletic policies approved by Converse County School District #1 Board and is responsible for their implementation. Serves as a mentor to each athlete to promote development. Gives attention to a student athlete's grades and conduct. Supervision at all practices, games, and while traveling. Provides training rules and any other unique regulations of the sport to each athlete who is. Assists in the completion of paperwork on all athletic injuries on proper forms and submits to athletic office within 24 hours. Helps organize parents, coaches, players and guests for preseason meetings. Responsible for maintaining good public relations with news media, booster club, and parents.
