Crofton Blvd Position:

Soccer Trainer Fern Athletics is hiring a Soccer Trainer to lead private, semi-private, and small group soccer training sessions for athletes ranging from beginner to elite levels. This role is ideal for someone who truly understands player development and can create high-energy, detail-oriented training environments that help players improve technically, physically, and mentally. Responsibilities Lead soccer training sessions for youth athletes Coach technical skills including: Ball mastery Passing & receiving Finishing 1v1 attacking/defending Position-specific training Deliver organized and energetic sessions Build relationships with athletes and parents Track athlete progress and development Assist with camps, clinics, and Fern Athletics events when needed Requirements Must have competed in soccer at the collegiate level or higher Strong understanding of soccer development Ability to lead sessions independently High energy and professionalism Strong communication skills Experience coaching youth athletes preferred Coaching licenses are a plus but not required Preferred Qualifications Collegiate or professional playing experience Experience working in private training environments Passion for mentorship and athlete development Compensation Competitive session-based pay Opportunities for growth within Fern Athletics Performance-based opportunities available Schedule Primarily evening hours Weekday and weekend opportunities available Flexible scheduling based on availability To Apply (Do NOT apply if you have not played and/or coached at the college level or above) Please send: Resume Playing/coaching background Certifications (if applicable) Optional training footage or social media
