Swim School Assistant Manager

Job Summary At Kids First Swim School Dundalk, the Swim School Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our swim school, ensuring a safe, engaging, and educational environment for all students. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for swimming and customer service, who can lead a team of instructors while fostering positive relationships with students and their families. Responsibilities Manage the overall operations of the swim school, including scheduling classes and staff assignments. Must teach 1 day a week. Implement our unique swim curriculum that enhances students' swimming skills while promoting water safety. Supervise and mentor swim instructors to ensure high-quality teaching standards are met. Foster a positive learning environment by building strong relationships with students and their families. Conduct regular evaluations of instructors and programs to identify areas for improvement. Help to Market and generate new business while increasing revenue. Organize events, competitions, and workshops to engage the community and promote swim education. Experience Proven experience working with students in a swim setting, preferably within an aquatic environment. Background in customer service is an asset, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people. Passion for swimming and commitment to promoting water safety among all age groups. This Swim School Assistant Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team dedicated to educating individuals about swimming while ensuring their safety in the water. Evenings until 8pm and weekends are required for this position.
