We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic leader who is passionate about developing student-athletes both on and off the field. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and school pride. Essential Functions Plan, organize, and conduct all team practices, training sessions, and games. Develop and implement strategies to promote individual player growth and team success. Foster a positive, disciplined, and faith-filled team culture. Supervise and mentor assistant coaches and student-athletes. Communicate effectively with players, parents, school administration, and athletic staff. Coordinate game preparation, scheduling needs, equipment, and team logistics. Promote academic achievement, sportsmanship, and character development among athletes. Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes. Maintain compliance with school and league policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the athletic program. Position Qualifications Previous soccer coaching experience preferred, ideally at the middle school level. Knowledge of soccer fundamentals, player development, and game strategy. Experience working with middle school students. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Commitment to developing teamwork, accountability, and character within the program. CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
