Swim Instructor

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and reliable Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will lead small group classes, providing personalized, engaging, and effective swim instruction to swimmers of all levels. You'll work in a warm, inviting environment with a focus on fun and safety, helping students build confidence and develop their swimming skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead swim classes for various age groups and skill levels, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for all participants. Provide individualized instruction and feedback in small class sizes. Ensure a safe swimming environment by closely monitoring students during lessons. Promote water safety and teach essential swimming techniques. Communicate effectively with students and parents to track progress. Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages learning and improvement. Ensure that all pool safety protocols and policies are adhered to. Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

Must be able to pass a background check. Current Lifeguard Certification (or the ability to obtain it upon hire). Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with children and adults. Enthusiastic, patient, and encouraging personality. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be reliable, punctual, and professional. Why Work With Us?
