Will help to develop the players to achieve a chance to play at a higher level. Will be available to attend all practices and games. Must have effective communication skills, organization skills and have some previous soccer coaching experience.

Supports the head coach with the general demands of the team. Helps create and implement training sessions. Works with the coaching staff with team building events, summer workout programs and of course tryouts. Is able to interact with players, parents and other coaches and athletic department personal. Qualifications:
Prior experience with coaching at club or high school level.
Skills:
Needs to be able to communicate with the players and assist with instruction in practice and games.
Required Work Hours:
The season starts in mid-August and ends in early November. Coaches should be available 5 days a week in the late afternoon/early evening.
