Job Description

REPS Performance is a results-driven training facility focused on helping athletes and adults move, perform, and live better. We specialize in individualized coaching, small group training, and team-based performance programs inside a 10,000 sq ft, state-of-the-art facility. This is not a "clock in and coach classes" role. This is an opportunity to build a book of business, impact lives, and grow within a high-performance environment. Role Overview We are hiring a Performance Coach who can: Deliver elite-level coaching Build relationships that convert into long-term clients Take ownership of their schedule, athletes, and results You will be expected to coach, sell, and retain—not just run sessions. Key ResponsibilitiesCoaching & Program Delivery Lead 1-on-1, small group, and team training sessions Design and implement individualized programs based on assessment data Coach movement with precision, energy, and attention to detail Ensure a high-level client experience every session Client Conversion & Sales Participate in assessments and onboarding sessions Clearly communicate value and recommend appropriate programs Convert prospects into paying clients using a consultative approach Maintain a strong close rate on assessments Client Retention & Experience Build strong relationships with clients and athletes Track progress and communicate results consistently Drive retention through accountability and engagement Create an environment clients want to return to Business Development Actively generate leads through: Referrals Community outreach Social media presence Support facility events, camps, and partnerships Contribute to team growth and culture Qualifications
CSCS, NASM, ACE
ACSM or equivalent certification (CSCS preferred) 1+ years coaching experience (athletes and/or general population) Strong communication and interpersonal skills High energy, professional presence, and attention to detail Growth mindset and willingness to be coached What Success Looks Like Consistently full schedule of clients/sessions High conversion rate from assessments Strong client retention and satisfaction Active contribution to facility growth and culture Compensation Structure (Example) Hourly/session pay for coaching Commission on training packages sold Bonus opportunities tied to: Monthly revenue targets Client retention Lead generation Why REPS Opportunity to build your own book within a high-end facility Access to top-tier equipment and systems Clear path for growth into senior coach or leadership roles Performance-based earning potential (no income ceiling)
Pay:
$30.00 - $60.00 per hour
