Job Description

Bethesda Country Club is hiring an Assistant Dive Coach . This position will help manage our dive program for a seasonal period. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that believes our team members are our most important resource and therefore takes great pride in selecting individuals who help us to achieve our Club's mission.
Essential Functions:
Supporting the recruitment of swimmers including encouraging potential swimmers as well as retaining existing swimmers Supporting weekday morning practices and afternoon practices Teaching and development of skills Safety of swimmers Liaison with other swim team coaches regarding participation and social activities
Requirements:
CPR Certified 2+ Years' experience in a coaching position Excellent communication skills
