Key Responsibilities:

Submit and manage insurance claims Work denied claims, appeals, and aging AR buckets Investigate reimbursement issues and resolve claim discrepancies Post insurance and patient payments accurately Communicate with insurance carriers regarding outstanding claims Maintain accurate billing documentation and account notes Support overall revenue cycle and accounts receivable operations Work within EHR and electronic billing systems daily

Qualifications:

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of medical billing experience Orthopaedic billing experience

REQUIRED
