POSITION

Varsity Football Assistant Coach (We have 3 openings for this position)

GRADES:

9-12

LOCATION:

Mt. Ararat High School

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Develop and implement an organized and comprehensive football program. Work collaboratively with other program coaches, parents, boosters and youth organizations. Provide positive leadership while teaching and modeling good sportsmanship. Provide adequate supervision and management of team members during practices and games. Use current best practices to teach and develop football skills while maintaining student-athlete safety.

REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or GED/HiSET. Prior coaching experience preferred. Current CPR/AED certification, or ability to attain. Current Sports First Aid Certification, or ability to attain. Valid Maine Deptment of Education Criminal Record Check (CHRC) Authorization.
