JCase@forestarea.org Forest Area Schools is seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to serve as Assistant Varsity Football Coach. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, football knowledge, and a commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the field.

Qualifications:

Knowledge and ability to teach the fundamentals and techniques of football Ability to organize and facilitate practices and games while maximizing health and safety Strong communication skills with parents, participants, and fellow coaches Demonstrated ethical behavior and the ability to instill those values in student-athletes Ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with other professionals Experience working with high school student-athletes preferred Prior football coaching experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Assist with summer workouts, weight training, and passing scrimmages Attend coaching meetings throughout the summer Assist with game planning and film breakdown Create practice plans and ensure preparation is completed by Monday each week Support overall program organization and athlete development CPR/First Aid Certification is required (training will be provided if not currently certified).
