This role includes paid training followed by coaching various classes from gymnastics, cheer, and ninja. The ideal candidate has a background in gymnastics and/or trampoline & power tumbling and a genuine passion for working with kids. You must be willing to learn about the sport and progress your teaching abilities. If this you, come join our team!!! Responsibilities Lead and coach gymnastics, cheer, and ninja classes for various age groups and skill levels Provide safe, engaging, and high-quality instruction in a positive environment Spot athletes appropriately and ensure proper technique and progression Assist in developing athletes for potential competitive team participation Communicate effectively with parents and staff Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training space Follow Horizon Kids Complex policies and safety procedures Qualifications 18 years of age or older is preferred Experience in gymnastics, trampoline, and/or power tumbling required Comfortable working with children of all ages Energetic, reliable, and positive attitude Ability to manage a class while keeping athletes safe and engaged Willingness to learn and complete on-site training
