Job Description

Develops and provides swim instruction programs for various populations.
Responsibilities:
Develops swim instruction programs for various patient populations. Instructs individuals or groups in swimming and aquatic activities. Monitors pool area for safety violations and persons in distress and responds appropriately. Assists therapists and fitness staff as needed with patient transfers, stabilization and assistance in and out of the pools.

Registration:
Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Lifegaurd obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Any issuing authority accepted.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
