Knowledge of fundamental skills of swimming. Previous swimming and coaching experience preferred. Excellent communication skills. Excellent team and interpersonal skills. Evidence of high standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity in personal and professional matters. Excellent rapport with Middle School students. Exhibit strong leadership and good disciplinary skills. Knowledge of MHSAA rules and regulations. Appropriate certification.
