Job Description

Do you define coaching as more than just a scoreboard? We are seeking a compassionate, character-driven Football Coach to guide our student-athletes. We need a leader who prioritizes academic success, sportsmanship, and personal growth while teaching the fundamental principles of the game. Help us build a team defined by heart, integrity, and relentless teamwork!
QUALIFICTIONS
Prior football coaching preferred. Strong ability to teach fundamentals and work with middle school student-athletes. CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain. Completion of all required MHSAA and district coaching requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and conduct safe, structured, and effective daily practices. Teach football fundamentals, techniques, position skills, and game strategy. Promote academic success, positive behavior, and school attendance. Model professionalism, integrity, and sportsmanship at all times. Communicate effectively with parents, athletes, administration, and the Athletic Director.
