Other, full time Position Details We are seeking a dedicated Cross Country Coach to lead our team on a journey of growth, competition, and excellence. If you have the energy to motivate runners of all levels and the expertise to craft a winning training program, join us in building a legacy of achievement - on race at a time!

QUALIFICATIONS

Cross country, track, distance running, or related coaching experience preferred. Knowledge of conditioning, race preparation, and injury prevention. CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain. Completion of all MHSAA and district coaching requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop annual training plans, practice schedules, and meet preparation plans. Teach proper running mechanics, conditioning, pacing, race strategy, recovery, and injury prevention.
