Job Description
Position is seasonal; depending on applicant status position may be hired through a third party vendor
High school diploma or GED
Basketball knowledge and experience
Coaching or playing experience preferred
CPR/First Aid/AED certification
Concussion training, if required
Ability to work with high-school students
Strong communication skills
Leadership and teamwork skills
Ability to plan and run practices
Knowledge of basketball rules and strategies
Ability to teach fundamental skills
Good organization and time-management skills
Dependable and responsible
Positive attitude and strong sportsmanship
Commitment to player development and safety
Ability to communicate effectively with parents and school staff
