STARTING DATE

CONDITIONS :
Contract Employment through Safe-Ed Placement per Extra Curricular Stipend Schedule as outlined in the Pinckney Education Association Master Agreement
QUALIFICATIONS
Extensive knowledge of baseball and previous playing experience. Ability to work well with student athletes in order to provide a safe and rewarding learning experience. Previous baseball coaching experience with high school age students. Ability to work with local baseball travel clubs to facilitate growth of program athletes. Ability to select and train student athletes, and foster their development. Serves as a role model to student athletes, both on and off the field. Ability to place the appropriate emphasis on STUDENT athlete. Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents and appropriate staff regarding team procedures, organization and expectations and student athlete issues. Ability to motivate and encourage student athletes and resolve conflicts in a positive, productive manner.
