Middle School Volleyball 7th Grade Assistant Coach

REPORTS TO

Athletic Director and Building Principal

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic knowledge of volleyball Good people skills Strong organizational skills Philosophy consistent with Williamston Middle School educational goals Able to take direction and make mature decisions Desire to develop and progress to higher level of coaching is a plus CPR/AED certified

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assume responsibilities associated with the role of a coach Organize and conduct practices during the season Communicate effectively and as directed with coaches and Athletic Director Be supportive of middle school academic, behavioral, and building policies

SALARY:

Per Master Agreement (contract is under negotiation for 2026-27)
