Full Job Description Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree A minimum of one year of combined progressive experience coaching at the high school, collegiate or professional level. Experience recruiting student athletes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations Commitment to athletic excellence in an academic environment Experience as a student-athlete Strong written and oral communication skills Essential Duties Instruct and teach student athletes in the fundamentals of football sport technique and strategy Establish and maintain effective relationships within the athletic department, the University, community, alumni, high school coaches, media and the general public. Represent in a positive fashion the University and its athletic programs in private and public forums. This position is short-term with a stipend of $2,000 for the period September 21 ending November 29, 2026. Add the UMD bulldog with the posting. Nationally, UMD belongs to the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and competes at the Division II level except for Division I women's and men's hockey.
