Varsity Girls Swim and Dive Assistant Coach Summary:
Following the mission of The Blake School and the core purposes of the athletic department, the girls assistant varsity soccer coach will direct, serve, and work alongside the Blake School Varsity Soccer program. The Blake Girls Soccer Program competes in the Independent Metro Athletic Conference, which is part of the Minnesota State High School League.

work with the head coach and local current staff assist in aspects of the soccer program provide on and off court training opportunities that include instruction, management, and teaching of all players/goalkeepers assist with organizing off field planning communicating to players and parents guiding players interested in higher level soccer through the process other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals experience coaching with demonstrated success at the middle school/high school levels passion for working with upper level school athletes ability to balance team building with individual skill building integrity and fairness
