Job Description
JP Fitness is looking for a passionate and motivated coach to join our team! We are seeking a Performance Coach & Personal Trainer who enjoys working with people of all backgrounds—from collegiate athletes looking to improve performance to adults working toward their health and fitness goals. This is a part-time position (20-25 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow into additional hours and increased responsibilities as JP Fitness continues to expand. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term coaching career in a professional training environment. At JP Fitness, our mission is simple: Expert Coaching. Real Results. Our coaches provide individualized instruction, accountability, and an exceptional training experience for every athlete and member who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Coach collegiate athletes through structured strength and conditioning sessions. Lead 1-on-1 personal training sessions. Coach semi-private training and small group training sessions. Teach proper movement mechanics, exercise technique, and training principles. Provide coaching, motivation, and accountability to help clients achieve results. Build strong relationships with athletes and members. Assist with programming, assessments, and daily coaching operations. Maintain a professional, positive, and energetic training environment.
