Maple grove and surrounding cities
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
Flexible shifts | Camps typically run within the window of Mon-Fri (2:00 PM - 7:00 PM) & Saturdays (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

Great Pay:
Earn $20.00 - $23.00/hour doing what you love.
Flexible Schedules:
Camps typically fall within our late afternoon and Saturday morning windows, making it easy to build a schedule (5 to 20 hrs/week) around school, training, or other commitments.
Build Real Skills:
Gain hands-on leadership, coaching, and management experience that looks great on any resume (especially great for Sport Management, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or Education majors!).
Fun & Active Environment:
Stay active, wear athletic gear, work outdoors or in local gyms, and share your passion for sports.
What You'll Do Coach & Encourage:
Lead energetic, skill-focused sessions in sports like Basketball, Soccer, Flag Football, Baseball, Volleyball, and more.
Run Fun Practices:
Implement provided lesson plans and curriculums designed to keep kids moving, learning, and having fun.
Mentor Young Athletes:
Help kids ages 3-12 build confidence, master foundational sports skills, and learn great sportsmanship. Maintain a
Safe Setting:
Manage sports equipment and ensure a safe, supportive, and positive environment for all participants.
What We're Looking For Sports & Coaching Background:
Athletic background with prior experience in coaching, youth sports, or childcare/camp environments.
High Energy & Positive Attitude:
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate young athletes.
Availability:
Must be available to attend staff training on Saturday, September 12th .
Reliable Transportation:
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle to transport coaching equipment to local sites.
Background Check:
Ability to pass a standard background check.
Physical Capability:
Ability to lift and transport athletic equipment around gym and outdoor field facilities.
