Job Description

Head Dance Team Coach 2026-27
MSHSL Dance Team Season:
October 2026 - February 2027 Reports to Visitation's Director of Athletics & Activities This position manages all coaching aspects of the Dance Team, collaborates with Assistant Coaches, works closely with Athletic administration, and contributes as a member of the Visitation Dance program and Athletic Department at large.
Qualifications :
High-level commitment to student-athlete safety. Ability to embrace and uphold Salesian values. Comprehensive knowledge of competitive dance, choreography, and skill development. Ability and commitment to developing a strong Dance Team program. Familiarity with MSHSL Dance Team rules. Ability to positively motivate and develop student-athletes. Competitive coaching and/or dance experience. Strong communication skills with student-athletes, families, and administration. Ability to organize and supervise practices, performances, and competitions. CPR/AED Certification is strongly desired. How to
