Overview Join our dynamic team as a Game Coach / Foam Operator and ignite excitement for guests of all ages! In this lively role, you'll provide video game knowledge to create unforgettable experiences. Your enthusiasm and outgoing personality will help foster a fun, safe, and welcoming environment where guests can unleash their energy and enjoy memorable moments. This paid position offers the perfect opportunity to combine your passion for entertainment, hospitality, and working with children in a vibrant resort or entertainment setting. Duties Assist with setting up gamers on different consoles such as PS5, Xbox and Switches, and providing Game Play knowledge to ensure fun for all ages. Manage guest interactions with enthusiasm, ensuring everyone feels welcomed, safe, and engaged throughout their experience Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of foam equipment and efficiently and safely Enforce safety guidelines during activities, resolving conflicts promptly and professionally to maintain a positive environment Provide exceptional guest service by addressing questions, offering assistance, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Assist with Handling cash transactions accurately for the Building FURever Friends unit Collaborate with team members to manage event schedules, coordinate special programs, and ensure smooth operations during busy periods Skills Strong background in customer service with an upbeat and outgoing personality. Excellent conflict management skills to handle guest concerns or disputes calmly and effectively Proven customer service experience with a friendly, approachable demeanor that enhances guest experiences Experience working with children in recreational or educational settings is highly desirable Public speaking skills to confidently communicate instructions clearly Basic video game knowledge to assist with setting gamers up and providing tips and tricks to gamers along the way.
